About the owner:

Richard Johnson grew up in Pickens, SC. He played football and baseball from age four and all through college. He attended Concord University and later served in the United States Marine Corps. After the Marines, he started to build houses with a company that allowed him to learn more and hone in on his craft. In 2009, he got the opportunity to take a mission trip to Tanzania, Africa where he built churches and orphanages for a small village in Tabora, Tanzania. He spent a total of ten months helping the people and learning their culture. When he came home, he started his own business because his passion is to bring joy to people by doing what he does best, creating and upgrading spaces in homes for people to enjoy. In his free time, Richard is most often indulging in hiking, backpacking, hunting, fly fishing, skydiving, and physical fitness. He attends church at Elljean Baptist Church in Pickens. His goal in every job is to build relationships with the homeowner and will not accept payment until the customer is one hundred percent satisfied with the work that has been done.
